Franchise Woman of the Year

We proudly announce Bianca Panozzo, COO of Express Retail Group and Salon Express/Barbershop Express dual-franchise owner, has won the FCA 2019 WA Franchise Woman of the Year award!

A well-deserved win for Bianca, as she boasts significant achievements in the franchising sector, such as being the co-founder of Express Retail Group, in which the Salon Express (30 locations) and Barbershop Express (10 locations) brands reside under; being the innovator behind the Barbershop Express brand; and the owner of a dual-site franchise, Salon Express/Barbershop Express Orion Springfield Central. 

In addition to her great contributions to the franchising sector of Australia, Bianca has made numerous contributions to the community, placing a great emphasis on youth, the environment, and women supporting women in business.

Bianca reflects on the win, being “proud to represent the significant contribution women make in franchising,” and she looks, “forward to representing ERG – Salon and Barbershop Express at the National Awards in October.”

Bianca will be heading to the FCA National stage to represent Western Australia in October, where she will be in contention for the national award.

The Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) Excellence in Franchising Awards recognise and reward excellence – providing a platform for individuals, like Bianca, to highlight the impact they have made in the franchising sector.
